As the leading producer of Acerum (maple brandies) in Quebec, Distillerie Shefford's mission is to develop and offer the public distilled products that showcase Quebec's terroir and, more specifically, the Shefford region. By growing our own grain and operating our own maple grove, we are able to obtain the vast majority of the ingredients required to make our maple syrup-based spirits. Our visitors can enjoy a unique place where passion and terroir come together to unleash a wide range of incredible flavours. Open Saturday and Sunday.
