Set back 300 metres from the Lièvre River, the museum houses a permanent exhibition that traces the history of Buckingham since 1824. This former industrial hub (lumber, mining, chemical processing) has preserved a 1-km section of a log chute, now part of a pedestrian walkway and bike trail.
