Temporary exhibitions
- May 12 to October 17, 2026: Au temps des encriers. Inkwells can be real little jewels : art objects acquired by the bourgeoisie. With the gradual arrival of the pencil and then the pen, their use declined and the everyday object became a collector's item. Today, the museum is the proud owner of a remarkable collection of nearly 300 inkwells in a wide variety of shapes, materials and uses.
- May 12 to October 10, 2026: Exposition photos, Les beautés de la nature.Artist: Bruno LaplanteThe exhibition Les beautés de la nature celebrates the splendor of the Lower St. Lawrence landscape and, above all, the presence of the birds that inhabit it. Through his lens, Bruno Laplante reveals rare moments: a flutter of wings frozen in the morning light, a furtive glance between branches, the softness of feathers in the heart of winter. Each image testifies to a deep knowledge of the territory and a genuine respect for wildlife.
