Site patrimonial L'Acadie
Region
Acquired by the City of Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu in September 2017 following an agreement signed with the parish corporation, this Acadian heritage site, made up of the church (1801), presbytery (1822) and calvary (1925), will now be entirely preserved. Ongoing religious and new cultural activities.

- Until December 31, 2026: Les habits de L'AcadiePatrimoine L'Acadie is proud to present a brand-new exhibition of faithful reproductions of clothing worn by 10 key figures who lived in L'Acadie at different periods in its history. Through these costumes, recreated using period techniques and materials, the public can plunge into the daily lives of those who shaped our community. Each costume tells the story of an era, a profession, a social status - and pays tribute to the human richness of our past.
