Coveted mountain bike sites

With its plethora of landscapes and the quality and variety of trails, Québec is on its way to becoming a world-renowned mountain biking destination. In fact, many of its trails are increasingly notorious. The trails of the Vallée Bras-du-Nord, located in a glacial valley, are among the most famous for their high quality and the superb landscapes. If you plan to visit this leader in mountain biking in Québec—and soon, in northeastern North America—you absolutely must try out the Neilson trail! Mont-Sainte-Anne, the largest network in Eastern Canada, is also a must-do, as are the Mont-Tremblant and Bromont outdoor centres, the latter considered a classic by the Québec mountain biking community.

Mountain biking in all its forms

Most mountain bike parks in Québec have trails for cross-country and enduro riding. Thrill seekers will be delighted by the sites that offer downhill, challenging and technical trails accessible by chairlift.

Fatbike: the latest craze!

Designed for use in all weather conditions and on unstable terrain in any season, fatbiking has won over many riders! This sport, requiring a bike with oversized tires, is similar to mountain biking and is practised in some 80 outdoor centres throughout Québec.
