Fort Ingall

Museum / historic site Region:Bas-Saint-Laurent City : Témiscouata-sur-le-Lac

This fort was built in 1839 as a safety measure during a border conflict. It is the only one of its kind in Québec and has been designated an historic monument. You can admire exhibitions on the life of soldiers at the time, as well as archeological digs on site.
