We just strap on our skis, snowshoes or crampons, and we’re off! Québec’s unique combination of lakes, mountains, rivers, hills and the St. Lawrence offers stunning Nordic landscapes. A number of shelters are available where you can rest or spend the night.

Our highest mountains reach heights ranging from 800 m to 1,192 m. Mont Gosford is the tallest and has a 14 km snowshoeing trail. And then there is Parc national des Monts-Valin, whose mountaintop is home to ghosts...

On our longest trails
Snowshoeing trails from 100 km to 1,000 km in length enable more adventurous trekkers to discover the full beauty of our wilderness. The National Trail in Québec (SNQ) crosses nine of Québec’s tourist regions, running through national and regional parks as well as controlled harvesting zones, outfitters and private property.
