    The Lac-Saint-Pierre Biosphere Region is a veritable ecological gem. Nicknamed the "Amazon of Quebec", it is distinguished by the exceptional richness of its natural environments, the diversity of its uses and the deep commitment of local communities to protecting and enhancing this exceptional territory. Presented on the occasion of the 25th anniversary of the designation of Lac-Saint-Pierre as a UNESCO Biosphere Region.
