Our artisanal dairy collaborates with producers near the processing plant to offer you milk, chocolate milk and cream in returnable glass bottles. Two types are offered: Jersey milk and certified organic Holstein milk. Come visit our dairy counter and learn more about milk processing. You will also be able to taste our chocolate milk, as well as our caramels made directly on site from our products. Milkshakes are also on the menu during the summer season. We look forward to welcoming you!
