The Poudrière trails offer a warm welcome in a century-old building that once housed a black powder factory. Adjacent to the Watopeka River, the trails wind through the Domtar paper mill grounds. Loops vary from 2 to 11.3 kilometers.
In spring, summer and autumn, hike our historic La Poudre Noire trail (2 km), featuring remnants of the buildings that once made up the mill, as well as 15 interpretation points with voice recordings and photos via the Ondago app.
Personalized welcome, souvenir store, artisan boutique, terrace and picnic area are also part of the services on offer.
