Brasserie 11 comtés

Project led by a team that dreamed of making beer differently in the Haut-Saint-François region, in Cookshire-Eaton, and which began in July 2018. The Brasserie rurale 11 is a small microbrewery. What is a rural brewery? For us, this is a brewery, not built on farmland like a brewery, but rather in a rural setting, rooted in its community, and fueled by its history, its producers and the landscapes of its region. We feel a duty to highlight this land still unknown.
