Lieu historique national du Canal-de-Lachine
Built in 1825 to bypass the Lachine Rapids on the St. Lawrence River, this two-hundred-year-old waterway stretches for 14.5 km. The canal also provides a superb urban corridor for walkers and cyclists. The trail is maintained from April 15 to November 15.
