Our producers have created a range of original craft beverages, some of which are inspired by our particular climate. Ice cider, made with frozen apples, is a perfect example. Wines, beers, and spirits, sweet, fruity, hoppy, dry or bold—our alcoholic beverages are all bursting with flavour. These products are available at the Société des alcools du Québec (SAQ), speciality boutiques, supermarkets and some public markets.
