A day at sea with the research station’s scientists gives you a taste of field work. You can take part in research activities such as photo-identification, biopsy, acoustics and behavioural data collection techniques, while observing cetaceans in their natural habitat. You can also admire seals, harbour porpoises, Atlantic white-sided dolphins and white-beaked dolphins and a wide variety of sea birds: fulmars, puffins, razorbills, terns, gannets and more.
