Our country roads are brimming with flavours and tasty finds.

Orchards, vineyards, apiaries, sugar bushes and agritourism farms are happy to welcome you and give you a taste of the fruits of their labour. Often, you can pick your own fruit and vegetables. Why not enjoy a hearty country dinner, or spend a night at a farm and wake up to the rooster’s call!

Seasons

Our gourmet routes are stunning, especially in the spring, summer and fall. Foods and flavours vary from season to season.

U-pick and great dining

  • Enjoy the ultimate getaway at a Québec B&B or farm. On-site activities include petting zoos, playgrounds, tractor rides, hiking trails and interpretation centres. Wake up to a hearty, expertly cooked breakfast featuring local products. Most country inns also offer gourmet dinners brimming with creativity inspired by terroir products!

  • U-pick is a very popular activity (particularly during the fall apple season) that allows you to play field hand and choose the most appetizing looking fruits and vegetables in the peace and quiet of the countryside. Strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, apples, pears and pumpkins—all so tempting! Afterwards, you can head home and cook up some of grandma’s best jam and preserve recipes.

Where to practise agritourism and U-pick?
