The museum is located in the Globensky Manor, a Québec heritage gem. The exhibitions here relate the story of, among other things, the 1837 rebellion that took place in Saint-Eustache and which pitted the Patriotes, led by Jean-Olivier Chénier, against General Colborne's British troops.

  • Les voix de la révolte (Exhibition: Voices of Revolt)
    The exhibition Voices of Revolt, presented at the Globensky Mansion, takes the public to the heart of the events of 1837 in Saint-Eustache by giving a voice to five historical figures. Using today's technologies, their recreated testimonies offer an immersive experience, both entertaining and educational. A timeline broadens our understanding of local and international issues, revealing the key role played by the population in this pivotal period.

    On the occasion of the 175th anniversary of the death of William Henry Scott, the PCVSE presents a micro-exhibition highlighting the importance of this key figure in Saint-Eustache. Discover the life of a prosperous merchant, committed MP and Patriote Party player, whose life was marked by success and hardship, including loss and imprisonment, revealing a fascinating 19th-century destiny.
