Permanent exhibitions

  • Visages et paysages
    The exhibition presents the history, people and culture of the region through the MBSL's collection of vintage photographs, while highlighting the natural and cultural uniqueness of the Bas-Saint-Laurent region.

Temporary exhibitions

  • Until May 31, 2026: Repère sidéral
    Artist: Florence Viau
    Repère sidéral explores the forms of imagery that have shaped the way we think, measure and represent the world, and more specifically the celestial.
  • June 20 to October 12, 2026: Regards obliques
    Artist: Paryse Martin
    For four decades, Paryse Martin has been transporting us into fantastical worlds that oscillate between dream and reality. Her narrative works invite us to encounter marvelous beasts and mysterious characters evolving in contexts where magic, humor and beauty can also veer towards the grotesque, the bizarre and the anguished.
  • June 20 to October 12, 2026: Ton sol parle par fragment
    Agricultural and sound installation in the Museum gardens. Cultivated drawings on the ground, weather station and exhibition in the Museum Hall!
